We guarantee to provide a fixed-price contract with every element of your home quoted and costed before you sign. With Regan being a builder himself, your pricing is grounded in real-world knowledge and experience, not guesswork. You will know exactly what is included from the start, with no vague allowances or unexpected costs.

Clarity is everything.
You will receive fortnightly progress updates with photos and honest communication, even if it is simply to let you know we are waiting on the council.
You will also have access to your own client portal and regular site meetings as needed, so you always know how your build is tracking.
We communicate early, clearly, and consistently, keeping you fully informed at every stage.
2. Fixed Pricing You Can Trust
During the concept stage, we provide a measured estimate to give you a realistic understanding of what your home will cost. Once working drawings are complete, every element of your project is quoted in detail before you sign a fixed-price contract.
Groundworks and council fees are quoted in full using all available site information, reports, and current council data. Because these elements sit outside of our direct control, they remain the only parts of the project not fixed in the contract. This ensures full transparency while protecting both you and Elevation Homes should conditions or council costs differ from what was initially assessed.

We provide honest build timeframes and update you promptly if anything changes.
Because our builders are part of our team, not subcontractors, we maintain full control over both quality and schedule.

Compact, calm, & very cleverly designed – Paraparaumu beach
This coastal build in Paraparaumu Beach was all about thoughtful design in a compact footprint. The homeowners wanted a home that felt peaceful, modern, and easy to live in — without compromising on flow or natural light.
Elevation Homes worked closely with them to bring this vision to life, managing every step of the journey from planning to handover. The design made the most of a tight site, with smart use of space, raked ceilings for added height, and large sliders opening out to private outdoor living. Throughout the build, the team stayed focused on quality craftsmanship, communication, and making sure the process felt smooth and collaborative.
Now complete, 12A Percival Road stands as a simple, elegant home — proving that great design doesn’t need to be big to make a big impact.
