Elevation Homes is a full-service construction project management company. We handle design, project management, and construction, providing detailed cost breakdowns, specification schedules, and weekly updates.
Our services include initial planning and architectural plan, design consultations, obtaining necessary consents, completing your home and scheduled maintenance. We also offer a maintenance period, checking in 12 weeks and 1 year after move-in to address any needs.

How long does it take to build a custom home?
The timeline for building a custom home can vary based on the complexity of the design and site conditions. Typically, the process takes between 9 to 12 months from the initial planning stages to project completion. We ensure to keep you updated throughout the process with our weekly updates.
