Collaborating closely with them, we reimagined the design to fit the way they live, incorporating thoughtful touches that make this home uniquely theirs. A raking ceiling with high windows floods the living spaces with light and connects the indoors to the serene environment outside. A sunken entry, inspired by the family’s travels through Japan, adds a subtle yet striking architectural nod to their journey.

Their brief was simple: a home that feels warm and welcoming, with open-plan living and dining spaces and a budget that worked for them. We delivered exactly that—under a fixed-price contract and ahead of schedule, so they could enjoy their first Christmas in their new home.

The exterior is just as striking, with Lunawood cladding and Linea weatherboard laid differently to add some real architectural flair. The family is now putting their personal touch on the landscaping, creating outdoor spaces that will perfectly complement the home’s design.

Inside, the open living spaces flow beautifully, making it easy to entertain or just enjoy everyday family life. Thoughtful touches, like plenty of storage, ensure this home is as practical as it is stunning.
