At Elevation Homes, we create architecturally designed, high-performance homes from Wellington to Levin, with fixed-price certainty and zero budget surprises.
For Regan, it all started with Lego.
As a kid, he could spend hours building, pulling things apart, and figuring out how to put them back together.
That curiosity turned into a love of creating and problem-solving, fueled even more by workshop classes at school. He has always found huge satisfaction in making things, whether it is creating something from scratch or improving what is already there.
It was not just building that came naturally; leadership did too. Regan was house captain at school, and that natural ability to guide people has carried through his life. Today, whether it is leading our build team, coaching our son’s rugby team, or helping clients navigate their build, Regan’s calm, strategic approach is what people value most.
Outside of work, you will usually find him on the golf course, watching or playing any sport, or running around with the kids.
For Dayna, the path looked a little different.
With a background in advertising and relationship management, she spent years helping clients tell their stories and build connections.
Building was always in her universe thanks to Regan, but it was not until she started working for a builder that everything clicked. That first project sparked something she could not ignore; helping people design and build their homes lit a fire.
What began as curiosity quickly became passion, and from there, the vision for Elevation Homes was born. After more than 20 years together, we decided to take a leap and create something of our own, a business built on trust, transparency, and doing things differently.
We wanted to offer clients a better way to build: one where they feel guided, informed, and supported at every step.
Outside of Elevation Homes, we are a family that loves travel and new experiences.
We have lived in Canada and Australia, backpacked through South America, and spent time volunteering in Peru where Regan helped build a school and Dayna worked in an orphanage. Those experiences shaped how we live and work today, constantly thinking about how we can give back.
Closer to home, we raise funds for Gumboot Friday, sponsor local events, and most recently, we became proud sponsors of the Year 1 rugby teams at Waikanae Rugby Club, making sure every child received a free jersey.
For us, business has never just been about building homes; it is about building community too.

We employ our own builders, a tight-knit crew who share our standards, so we can control every detail and deliver homes we are proud to hand over.
For us, this has never just been about houses. It is about people, guiding them through the process, protecting their budgets, obsessing over the details, and delivering homes that feel like them.
