Old State Highway One
Built With Heart, Surrounded by Nature
Wendy and Steve came to Elevation Homes looking for more than just a house, they wanted a peaceful home that reflected who they were and how they wanted to live. From the first design chats to handover day, Elevation guided them through every step, keeping the process simple, transparent, and personal.
This build wasn’t just about four walls and a roof. It was about early mornings on-site, decisions made with care, and a home crafted to fit beautifully into its rural setting. Wendy and Steve were involved in every key moment, supported by a team that treated the build like it was their own.
“What you see is what you get, they were very transparent”
“they genuinely wanted to help, and if anything was worrying us, they would want to know about it”
“I was incredibly impressed with the work they did putting our home together”
“One of the things that I was a bit reluctant of with Elevation Homes was that they are a smaller company, but I think that actually is a massive strength of theirs. It does mean that you get really personal one-on-one treatment.”
Paraparaumu Beach
Compact, Calm, and very Cleverly Designed
This coastal build in Paraparaumu Beach was all about thoughtful design in a compact footprint. The homeowners wanted a home that felt peaceful, modern, and easy to live in — without compromising on flow or natural light.
Elevation Homes worked closely with them to bring this vision to life, managing every step of the journey from planning to handover. The design made the most of a tight site, with smart use of space, raked ceilings for added height, and large sliders opening out to private outdoor living. Throughout the build, the team stayed focused on quality craftsmanship, communication, and making sure the process felt smooth and collaborative.
Now complete, 12A Percival Road stands as a simple, elegant home — proving that great design doesn’t need to be big to make a big impact.
“They’ve got a really nice feel about them. They almost make you part of their family.”
“It was a really positive process with them. I’d quite like to say they’re friends now!”
“You’re not one of 20 people that they’re building for, they’re generally only building for two people at a time and you feel like you’re getting heard when you’re asking questions.”
“You paid as you went, so it wasn’t as if you had to make a huge outlay of payment. As things were done and ticked off, you then paid for them so that felt really secure for me”
