Pay a drafting deposit of $15,000 incl. GST (deducted from the final 10% deposit).

Delivery Time: 8 weeks approx.

Contract Signing

Sign the building contract

You sign the standard New Zealand Certified Builders contract with Elevation Homes.

Pay the remaining 10% deposit (less previous deposits).

Elevation Homes submits your plans to the council (allow 25 working days).

Handover

Maintenance

Ensuring Longevity and Satisfaction

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for your home.

Steps

After you have settled into your home, we will reach out 12 weeks after your move-in date to check on your home and assess any maintenance needs.

We will follow up again at the 1-year mark to ensure everything is still in perfect condition and address any long-term maintenance requirements.

Our commitment to you doesn’t end at handover. These maintenance checks ensure that your home remains in excellent condition, giving you peace of mind and continuing our relationship long after you’ve moved in. Plus, you can rest easy knowing you have the Halo 10-year guarantee.
